With a power commander.. is that a constant maintenance thing? Or is it more.. "set it and forget it"?

I don't have direct experience BUT it appears to be a "set and forget" if you get it set the way you want and don't make any further modifications...

Set it and forget. It's just like a tuner for a car

Default My Two '01' F4i's

My two 2001's.. first bike was the white&red and since I was a lil rough I decided to stunt for lot and I picked up another this yr. Powder coated rims on both and fairings to replace silvercsilver for next season and cleaning up tail/turn signals and few other things.

Default 2002 F4i - yellow

My brother bought this from someone back in maybe 2010 at 11k mi. I took over in 2016 at 17k, and currently at around 50k. Not many mods really other than the Two Brothers exhaust, fender eliminator (which causes frequent tail light bulbs going out), and turn signals. Only big issue I’ve had has been with the wiring harness which the guy my brother bought off of must’ve done something with (last picture was the result in 2018 - melted plug, and the temp fix my mechanic did to get it going til I could find a replacement - current issue).
