^ Took off the Powerbronze DB?

I have the same one and like how it blends into the bike's color, but I'm considering painting her all white and wondering how I should go about stripping the outer black part. Either that or just tint the smoke part darker.

 

Yeah... picked up a solid DB off the pay it forward thread... I think it looks better, it's not like I look through the windscreen anyway.

 

Here's mine before I started the rebuild. Yes I know it looks like Venom from spiderman. The owner before me painted it that way, and it probably won't get a repaint till next winter :P

Haha that's who I meant. I always mix those two up. Obviously wasn't a big spiderman fan as a kid.

 

Noob here, but I just spent the last few days going through this entire thread and it seems that the Grey/Silver theme'd F4i are pretty uncommon, safe assumption?

 

I'd say so. And they are one of my favorite schemes too.

Mine is the red one. Its a 2001 F4i. Been riding it for about a week now. My first bike EVER. Haven't dropped it yet :-)
