Good deal! My buddy just picked up an 03 and loves it. I took it out and man that thing has some power. Such a nice bike to look at....the back seat is super high and aggressive.

Have fun!!!

pics are coming..lol!!! man just spent my first 4 hours on it, and wow makes my old zx9-r feel like a puppy, its got a + 5 sprocket on the rear, so first gear is kinda useless other then cant give it, it just lifts, but on the highway 3 rd gear at about 170 kmh she just sails on one wheel, in the corners it feels like a 600, i am very impressed with it.

How does it feel for driving position compared to your F4i? I've been seriously starting to think about moving up to a larger bike from my F4i. I'd like more power and torque on the highway but I love how my F4i can shift around in corners. The bike has a commander, two brothers exhaust and stock sprokets.

I've been looking at 954's and 1000RR's a bit but I'm wondering if they're reasonable for daily commutes.

the seating position is deffinatly alot more racey, but its not that bad, i like the seating position alot better then the 1000RR. I dont think you woudl have a problem comuting on a 954RR
