Default leaky brake line

My front brake is squirting fluid when I press the lever. The drip comes from right where the brake line leaves the reservoir. What do I need to change? Both reservoir and lines? Anyone have some SS/Galfer lines?

That attachment is some other bike, the joint I've indicated is the one that's leaking on my F4i

might only need to take out the banjo bolt, check it and put two new crush washers on either side of the brake line fitting

looks like a crush washer might have given way from where you are pointing

If you look at the attachment, the washer in question would be part #17. This doesn't seem to be a crush washer?
Also the reservoir itself seems to have some protrusion at it's outlet...? (right above the number '1' in figure). That assy together is $200

that is #17 and they are crush washers....trust me, i have put on SS lines and they are crush washers on either side of the line fitting...

and yes there is a protrusion under the res outlet, i believe it's partly there to act as a stop against the SS line spinning as you tighten the banjo down....that is a fixed piece
