killswitch off = fuel primes, killswitch on = engine cranks. BIG problem

killswitch off = fuel primes, killswitch on = engine cranks. BIG problem
So I bought a Chinese ignition since the one I had with the bike was busted. So the problem is, the bike cranks good with the killswitch on and when I turn it off, it still works but activates the fuel pump for 5 seconds and stops (like normal fuel prime duration). Ive cleaned the contacts in the killswitch and checked all connectors.
has anyone had this problem before? Ive searched and it seems everyone just has a problem with the grey connectors but mine are good. Any ideas? Trying to get this thing running and inspected!
