I know a kid that has an 05 Katana for sale and he's asking 800 dollars. The tanks is beat down for tank tricks. No plastics has a Acerbis nose/headlight. i think it is a 600. I personally dont want it but ive been looking for a bike for the old lady and she could practice on it and drop it and beat the crap out of it and it wouldnt hurt it. Has anyone ever heard of someone stunting a katana before? Let me know what you guys think.

 

When I was in high schoola guy had a katana and people started calling him "Can A Tuna" Kids can be so mean. Anyway, I don't know ****e about stuntin but 800 for an 05! Damn , buy it. If all else fails you can make a lot just parting it out.

 

katana's are typically known as can o tunas due to the fact that they weigh so much, and are slightly underpowered. with that being said im surprised that would be a choice for a stunt bike. anyway, if you bought new plastics and a new tank, you probably could make some money on that puppy. or let your wife drive it beat up, after she learns, put new plastics on it.

exactly my point...a guy i work with has one.....man that thing is big, and underpowered.

 

they are fugly and hard to get rid of except to people who have no clue. that being said theres plenty of stupid people out there, just make sure you get a title

 

i seen a katana 750 bust a wheelie. it looked like and sounded like ****. it was the worse wheelie i have ever seen.
i know the rider too, and that dude knows how to ride but that bike just could not hold the front end up. it goes up but does not want to say there. its too heavy for a stunt bike. if you want a heavy stunt bike go with a zx7r
