Default Just found an 01 F4i

Hey guys..I joined the site around 9 months ago, and began tenatively looking for a nice, well maintained f 4i.. Today i finally found one.. An 01, silver/black with 2400 miles. It has been garage kept and in immaculate condition.. I am a fairly new rider and after alot of research, I feel like I found the right bike for me.. I look forward to learning more about my new bike and look forward to making friends on here.. I will post pics tomorrow...

I dont understand how people can own a motorcycle like this and only ride less then 250 miles per year?
Just check to see he stored it right because thats alot of just sitting doing nothing.
But anyways Congrats I have the exact same bike and colour and I love it!

You're probably going to want to change all the fluids and possibly the tires as well.
Mind tellin' us what it set you back?

And congrats! You're going to love it!

Unfortunately life just gets in the way sometimes.

I haven't ridden mine in 3 or 4 months, only rode the 4-wheeler once or twice in the last year, and I've only put 300 miles on my RX7 in the last 3 years.

yea i can't see owning a bike an not puting any miles on it. Last yr, i put 16k miles on my 02 F4i, 5k plus on my 07 cbr rr and and 3k on my gxsr, sold the gsxr because it wasn't getting ridden enough. I drive 70 miles to work, so thats where a lot of miles come from and I will ride in anything over 35 degress.
