thanks and if to u get rim strips... get reflective ones.. i had just normal ones and had to take them off. i personally love the reflective strips...

and yeah they precut them...

Yeah my slider holes came pre drilled in that spot too. They actually worked good. I dropped my bike once (not while moving) and the slider protected the fairing perfectly.
