Just sold my baby ninja after 2 riding seasons and upgraded to this beauty of an f4i last weekend. Got it for $3000 with under 5k miles, including some goodies:
Two Bros stainless pipe
Custom fender eliminator (very well done, I'd say)
Flushmounts front and LED signals rear
Tankpad, grips, other assorted small bits
The power just seems absurd after coming from the 250, and I haven't really even gotten onto the power yet. $3000 was also a steal for this bike... Barely a scratch on it, and it sat in a heated living room for its entire life when not being ridden. For that price the guy threw in a mesh jacket/pants, two pairs of gloves, two helmets, and a battery tender. I'd say I got the long end of the stick on this one. I look forward to years of both giving and getting advice on this forum!

Lol... Sounds more like you held up a lil ole lady at a light and bike-jacked her for all that.
Great find and welcome aboard. 2 seasons on a 250 means you basically only have to adjust to the weight and throttle response. And try to keep the rubber side down... The rubber side on both tires cause the F4i will pick up the front in a heartbeat

WOW what a deal! i got my 2001 for $3100 with 21000 miles and no accessories lol...nice looking clean bike. i also went from a ninja 250 and let me tell you the first couple of weeks with the f4i are just awesome. you finally have to shift with two fingers instead of your whole hand, because you need those other two fingers to hang on!
