Default IYO, what is the best...

In your opinion, what is the best pipe for the F4i? Currently, I've got a Jardine, but it's not deep enough for my liking. I want something that you can hear, that isn't ear pitchy (D&D)! I just want the slip-on too.....give me info please! Thanks......

Pits, I've got a Yosh with the race baffle in it and I am satisfied. Now I don't know if it's as "throaty" as you might be looking for... and I have no basis for comparison to other models. I couldn't tell you what a Devil, 2 Bros, Muzzy, etc. sound like on our bikes.

Or you could experiment and drill a couple small holes into your Jardine (there are threads somewhere around here talking about that). I've heard that it makes a pretty big difference in the sound. Anyone else done this?

I'm looking for the throaty sound. Can you believe that I heard a muzzy on a 250 and it sounded meaner than my bike! WTF? LOL! I want a deep sound without the drilling, etc...I may just have to buy the whole damn exhaust, which I don't want to do.

I'm sure you've already seen/read this but it's just a little more info for ya:

BTW: Isn't there something you mods and admins can do about all the damn re-posts around here!?!?!? Seems like people are failing to search before asking a question. I am guilty of it too, I think we all are. But all the exhaust, frame slider, flushmount threads are KILLING ME! I think those that re-post should be forced to listen to the new James Blunt CD

Hey no prob.

How did you know I was listening to that!?!? And then you have to go and tell everyone, thanks a lot Pits

I guess there just wasn't enough room in the closet. Oops, can I say that!?!?!? [sm=icon_quiet.gif]

Actually I've got Johnny Cash and Eminem playing in the office today. What a combo eh? I think these old timers are starting to enjoy it though.

I've decided myself on a twobrothers according to all the samples I've heard.

Clicky!
