Italian red left hand fairing.
The lower fairing is black. All of the red and other color comes from the factory decals. If the fairing is damaged beyond repair (which it doesn't appear to be), you can replace it with any F4 or F4i lower cowl and paint it black. Then it's just getting decals or having the graphics painted as well. I'd suggest providing more specific year and model information though.
Unfortunately OEM stripes are extortionate, that is even if you can get them in the UK. Fowlers / David Silver / Lings come to mind
Aftermarket tend not be to great from a colour match perspective. I tried a couple and the yellow was very washed out / acidic looking.
I was trying to get some for my F4i eventually had to get them from the states (luckily had a mate who brought them across for me).
You would be as well getting an aftermarket fairing set from out 'friends' in china which will cost about the same a getting decals (stripes) and painting your one lower fairing

That was such a shame. Hope you are ok and only a bit of damaged pride. We have all done it.
I was on my CBX550, pulled up outside the shops kicked the side stand down only for it to spring back up unbeknown to me and ended up with me on the floor wondering why my bike was on top of me 😆
