Integrating Stock Turn Signals To Stock Taillight of 01 F4i (Updated w/ Pictures)
I'm using the same converter, but before putting the stock wires to the converter, I wired them to the passenger peg LEDs, with out the brakes applied (Brake lights on) the signals flash at the stock rate, but the LEDs flash opposite of the lights in the tail light. Once the brake lights come on, it doubles the flash rate because of the LEDs. IMO it gets the attention of the person behind you better.
Those $12 converters sure beat the $100+ "Integrated bike specific conveters"[:'(]

I"m bringin this one back...
I am assuming when you say CUT black/yellow wire you are talking about the black/creamish(mine is lol) color wire that is connected to the harness?
I'm worried about cutting in the harness, a little bit, and definatley don't want to cut any harness wire if that's not the case.

hopefully I can find out soon[8D]Today is the deadline of my 10 day repair period ( didnt have any signals and used hand signals)or whatever. I didn't have anytime last week so it's down to the wire[:@]
I think I understand everything. I just want to know if the 'black/yellow' wire he speaks of is more of a cream that is part of the orignal harness of the bike. I don't want to cut into the harness with out being 100% sure.
If you have any questions just ask. The 2 red splices that a mark were not meant to be cut. I wasn't thinking when i did it. Pretty much the only ones you cut are the stripped ones. Ones bypassed and ones spliced into.
