take a power tester to you wires... thats the best way to trouble shoot it. check your fuses too, if any of the wires touched metal or another wire, you might have blown a fuse.

I'm having the same type of issue. Although, my wiring is a MESS!! When I bought the bike it had a 600rr tail light... but all the wires are hacked. I have blue and yellow wires for the turn signals? I swapped out the junk tail and have started wiring up the new integrated tail that actually goes to the f4i. I have running light and brake light and license plate light all working, but no signals. I have 3 connectors... one white, one blue and one orange.. these have all been cut and the connectors are junk... but I'm not sure they're wired right because none of the wire colors match up. Anyone know which wires go where?

yeah I pull up the wiring diagram from the owners manual I downloaded and it doesn't seem any of the wiring is legit. I need to find a good picture of the wiring harness of a stock 01-03 F4I.

You're best bet is going to be to take a voltmeter take it wire by wire and hit your turn signals when the light blinks... mark the wire appropriately. Also make sure the front blinkers are plugged in and working to...I know when my front ones aren't working, it will throw off my rear ones.

front signals work correctly every time. It's really about more than just the turn signals at this point. I need to figure out all of the wires so that they're wired correctly. Previous owner has it all messed up. I'll just have to really study the wiring schematic.
