Why does itsay to drill a whole in the header and put that little rivet into it??
It seems unnesessary, what is the point?

Yeah holding it in place is the only thing I can think of but it seems pretty snug without it, seeing as how it is already clamped to the header and also on the clamp under the rear passenger peg. I don't see how it can twist, but maybe it can.
