Default improvised fender eliminator

Hey everyonei was thinking about gettting a fender eliminator but, being in college and having no $$ i was trying to think up of inovative ways to do it insead. I know you can hack at it with a saw but what about relocating the seat lock. Anyone have pictures or instructions on what you have done. And i dont want to jerry rig it either, still want itto look clean.
Thanks in advance

I would say if you want it to look clean just save up the money, you can get a complete undertail kit off ebay for $99, sure it's not a hotbodies undertail, butanything looks better than that mudflap...you can buy a fender eliminator but I think they go for about 99 also, I'd rather get a complete undertail. my .02

I am not sure how to relocate it and make it work without purchasing the kit, but you can see the photo of mine.

OK, Here is a couple! I made my licence plate bracket out of fence bracket,, I went to Home Depot and found a flat piece ofmetal fence bracket, I cut it in a"T" shape, put it in the vise, bent it, drilled two holes vertically, to hold the plate,, the running lights are bright enough on theplate where no licence plate light is needed.

Mine is stock and I just hacked it with a angle grinder. I went really cheap, so then I could spend it on my Two Bros.
