Ah thats not too bad,I was changing the fuel filter on the girlfriends car Ilet the pressure off the system and all or at least i though i had. Well, next thing i knew i had gas all over my face it went in my eye and down into my ear. D*** that s*** burns. WellI was able flush my eye at home had to go the hospital for the ear though. I ended up losing part of my hearing in that ear.I felt like a total dumbass.

 

let me just say, being the dumb *** that i am i have siphoned both gas and fish water and gas is wwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy worse. plus the burning and the taste every time you burp yuck

 

How many miles do you get per mouthfull?

 

sorry, but you guys are cracking me up. I've had my share of petrol in the mouth and on the face, but hearing all your storys has made my day.

 

don't feel too bad, i've had my whole arm/half upper body drenched in gas ( taking a gas tank out at work, full to the brim 20+ gallon tank, ball check opened up and woosh).

I've also had transmission fluid down my arms, covered my pants, on my head (way too many times lol) so don't feel to bad **** happens. I don't siphon anymore the fumes alone are enough to make u nauseous for a while.

Swallowing gas...no biggie. Now if you managed to guzzle a few ounces I’d be worried. Other than getting a buzz off the fumes and having that sick taste in your mouth for a few hours you will be fine. By the time you read this, you will forget that it even happened.

 

Betterh gas in the mouth, than a hole in the head.

 

on avg i get about 5 miles city per mouth full ..lmao and a big *** puddle in the garage floor..

My lil' chemical story: Pouring muriatic acid into the pool, it somehow splashed back up into my face and got me in the eyes. Scared the hell out of me as it was burning pretty good. Went to the E.R., they gave me some sort of eyedrops and they cleared up in a couple of days. I'm thankful to this day it didn't turn out worse.
