thanks jm---mounting the plate on the battery box still makes the plate visible and naooo fellas...i have no intention on running from the po po's...just want to sleek out my bike that much more.

 

Park your car behind your bike about the distance a LEO would be following you driving down the road and see how well you can read it. Seeing it and reading it while driving are two different things.

I'm no dictator trust me lol, I just see all to often ppl whining because the LEO gave em a ticket or a hard time over this. Hell I think my bike looks better w/o a tag all together, but I dont run around w/o a tag now do I lol.

Not worth $1K ticket.

 

$1k ticket......mabey in your state but I got pulled over about 2 weeks ago, he was nice enough to even show me on his laptop which had a list of all infractions and tickets. it was 70$.

 

heres a close up front and close up back, I accually drilled 2 holes in the license plate ( i do not know if this is legal or not) evenly so it looks good. don't mind the dirt, I live on a dirt road.

 

Doubt very seriously its legal. Looks like your rear tire would occlude it

 

Im not sure where you heard that, but its not. FL just changed the law which states now you can mount your plate vertically. Having a plate thats not visible is a different story, a different ticket, but I assure you its not $1500.

what you guys don't understand is that the cops in VT are very lenient on alot of matters including this one...as long as the plate is there you're fine...any other pics would be great!

oh, and the only way to pull this off is to have an undertail kit ovbiously....
