on stuntlife they said i may be missing a spring of some sort. Because no matter how i turn the **** it does not adjust the rpms.

How does a spring help adjust the idle on this?

i also read on there that if your **** screw comes all the way out, the bike should stall out. Mine does not, is that a problem?
