idle cable fell off *solved*

After fixing a map sensor issue I noticed my idle adjust knob made no effect to my idle. While twisting I noticed no tension what so ever. After fiddling with it the entire assembly fell out. If anyone knows the location to where the cable originates I would appreciate any help thanks.

Is it possible to reintroduce the idle adjustment cable to its original home without having to to remove the gastank/airbox? I have a good idea as to what to look for and where to look however as you all know, it's pretty tight in there.

As well after I return it is there going to be any other adjustments needed?

Anybody here have this problem before?

As long as the bike is idling well right now with the cable off I would just adjust it to the throttle plate and then stop, You are likely going to have flip up the tank and take the airbox off to be able to get at it. Otherwise you might be in for a fight to try and get it in

once again the cbrforum (props to diesel7926) has assisted me with solving yet another issue!

the following video is both map sensor and idle screw set issues solved with christine saying "Thanks!"

I managed to return the screw set back by using a pair wire grabber/pullers and persistence.
