I want your opinion on THESE stands
Here they are:

I just need something to keep my bike straight and easy to move either when I'm working on it, or when I'm storing it. The price is what interests me, because as a college student, don't have very much spare cash, but I'm ordering parts based off of "need"

personally man i think in this category stands are stands.... if ur not using them for racing or to look pretty i dont think you can go wrong.... just make sure they are made of a good material and it looks like they are and email the seller if u have any second guesses.... i think ull be safe for what u want them for....

^So I'll have have to buy spools? I was under the impression the one from the rear sat under the swingarm on both sides, and the one in the front sat under the "axle"
Edit: Or did I just get that *** backwards? I'm pretty lost when stands/spools/swingarms are all thrown into the conversation.

Yeah, the rear is for use with swingarm spools. Won't do you much good. If 'cheap' is your concern, just get a set from Harbor Freight.
$39.99 x 2 + $9.99 for the front fork adapter
Not sure how much moving I'd try with the bike on them. But not too sure I'd try moving my bike around even if it were up on Pitbull stands either
