Very inexpensive also.
I have the same tire with 5k miles on them but...I need a new rear. Not sure what kind of riding your doing but mine was just about done after a weekend on the dragon and surrounding roads and a 1100 mile round trip back to Indiana. Still have a few rides left in them but I am ready for a new rear.

As for the tire I am absolutely in love with them. Tons of grip and I am VERY confident in them.

+1 to the Conti's. I had them on my F4i, and I liked them a lot. I also enjoy the Battlax's on my RR. There is no such thing as a BAD tire, they're all great. It's just preference. Some dudes ride a little harder than others.

i got sucked into buying 1 shinko for my r6 because my wires were out and thats all they had in stock

I will NEVER purchase again.
These tires are terrible and never grip in less then ideal conditions
I am not a crazy rider but i like to beable to have my rear not squirrel all over the place when leaning into a turn

In My personal opinion

want cheap good tires

get the standard Michelin pilot powers

you wont regret it guarenteed

I'm loving my Pilot Road 2s. For commutor riding they're great and with the dual tread they corner exceptionally well. Will purchase again when this set runs out.

People seem to have different experiences with Shinkos. Only time I had my 005s go squirrely on me was when the nut behind the bars did something stupid

^Exactly. I've had mine for several thousand miles, and have had NO complaints. I have a fear of gravel, and the tires even handle that well. (small amounts of fine gravel I may add)

I've put dunlop roadsmart tires on my f4i and after 2500 miles they still look

almost new, and are way stickier than the factory dunlops.

Vangill do the Pilot Powers really wear quickly? How many miles are you getting before you hit the wear bars? And what's your riding style? Highways? Twisties..etc

I'm asking bcuz I literally just put Powers on the rear yesterday I have 2CTs on the front.
