Default I can't remember

I'll make this quick, just installed my manual CCTL. Adjusted it but will probably adjust it again. What I wanna know is do these bikes make a whirring sound as the RPMs increase?

It's been so long since I've heard my bike run I honestly can't remember. I just want to make sure I don't have the adjuster too tight. If I blip the throttle really quick so it only jumps maybe 1000-1200 rpms I hear the old cctl rattle for a split second. Not every time but it happened a few times.

They have noisy clutch baskets which will rattle and whir if the clutch is pulled. Also first gear is quite "whirry", especially under engine braking. With new CCT, my bike is silent in terms of CCT rattle like noises, plenty of other noises though.

I'm pretty sure I've got it too tight at the moment. I didn't know you could adjust it with the bike running until I was mostly finished so I'm gonna do it that way. The noise I'm describing is when the bike is in neutral without the clutch pulled it. Almost like you can hear the air rushing around from the moving parts. That's the best way to describe it.
