How often to adjust Manual cam tensioner ?

Default How often to adjust Manual cam tensioner ?
I need to replace mine and was wondering how often your suppost adjust the manual ones?

Just when it makes noise, it is easy to do..it is even covered in the NEWEST ISSUE of Sport Rider magazine that has the 05 600 comparision ( it is in the tech section)

How much do you tighten it?Is there a standard? Or untill it doesnt make noise?

just snug it up enough to take out the slack...if it is too tight it will prematurely wear the chain guides out..basicly "barley snug" is the closest explanation I can give
