How fast can you go?

RE: How fast can you go?
119 is tops for me so far. I was telling a friend of mine that I've been over a 100 on my bike more in 4 months then I've been over a 100 in my car over the last 4 YEARS! I've got a pretty fast car (Acura TL type-S) and my bike makes my car seem like it's broken...

Haha A TLS is fast!!!??? What does it run High 14's/Low 15's? SLLLOOOOWWWWWWWWW. A pretty sweet car though. Its also a lot easier to go over 100 on a bike, get on the gas and before you know it your going over 100 on the speedo. You really dont realize it until you look down.

RE: How fast can you go?
I dont know if its just me but hey ill put my two cents in anyways. Before I put any performance parts on the 02 f4i it would top out at 176mph, and thats with a 145 lb guy tucked as low as I could go. After a sprocket change of -1in front and +2in rear, it still will get it up to 173, with low grade octane it was hard to get to 165. Also, like someone else said, you have to account for the speedo being off.
Now the bike has a mapped power commander IIIR and runs on high octane fuel that my Bro gets from the Airport. Getting a full exhaust system put on it also. And will probably have to get it re mapped because of it but the guys at the Honda shop told me that it will be pretty hard to keep the bike on two wheels after that. It has crazy quick throttle responce the way it is. Cant wait to see how retarded I get when the exhaust is on there.
Mods:
Vortex sprockets -1+2
Flushmount font turnsignals
Fender Eliminator
Targa Seat Cowl
Frame sliders
12 O'clock bar
Pig Spotter mirrors
MultiColor LED kit
Rear turnsignal eliminator
PowerCommander IIIR
K&N Air Filter
And all the windscreen bolts were replaced with some sharp *** spikes, really gives the bike a nice "BadAss" look
Future mods:
Steering Dampner
Air shift kit
And maybe an engine bore if need be.
