Default Hotbodies help

I know this could be in the How-To forum but i wanted specific help about my bike. I have a 2001 CBR F4i and i just ordered some flush mounts. Anyone have a How-To for my bike or a similar one so i know what i need to do to install these correctly. Any advice before i get them in the mail and get started on them? Thanks

I did the flushmounts on my 05 F4i. The only thing I had to do was get a different flasher relay for mine cause the blinkers overload the stock one and blink really fast. I cant remember the relay but i know its bigger then stock.

It's the easiest mod to our bikes. Hands down. The windscreen may be easier. You're just cutting the wires off of the stock, and wiring them on the two new ones. As far as the flasher relay, I don't know, mine are blinking fast.

What relay IS good for fixing that? *Someone that knows.

Where exactly did this paranoia about LEDs blinking faster come from?

The problem that i had with the blink rate is when you looked at the lights them selves they were not really blinking. It was almost a constant light.
I did run the fast blink till i got it and my intergrated tail you could see no blink rate. The fronts where fine.
That is why i got the adapter and slowed mine down. Now that i have all leds the slower blink looks nicer in my option.

For a relay I just installed the Lockhart Phillips universal relay...It plugs right in and makes them flash at the DOT approved rate. 2nd easiest mod ever...lol...well worth the 12 bucks. also if your local shop gets their parts from parts unlimited then they can order one for you and then you save shipping.
