High Mount Exhaust & Passenger Rearset

Question High Mount Exhaust & Passenger Rearset

I recently bought an 01 F4i that already has a Scorpion high mount exhaust but no passenger rearset.... Does anyone know if high mount exhausts allow enough clearance for mounting passenger rearsets?? I can take a picture if needed to show what I mean...

It depends on the brand, that one was not made to keep the rearsets but you could probably fabricate a spacer for them. Mine were made to incorporate the back pegs but the midpipe on mine is alot closer to the bike. here is what i mean

I believe most of the high mount company's make an adapter to allow your pegs to fit but you have to contact scorpion.

WOW thanx for the fast replies Thats kinda what i was thinking...I guess I will have to suck it up and order a pair then figure out what I need to fabricate or ??? I already emailed scorpion just waiting on their reply...

i have the exact same problem - just bought an f4i with high mount scorpion as well...if you find out about the spacers or from scorpion let me know

i have an extra right passenger rearset if you didn't get it with the bike.

AAHH crap I already bought a set...thanx anyways though...now I will fabricate/massage them into place
