Default high mount exhaust

im about to gather pieces for my 01-03 tail conversion along with a new high mount exhaust. My question is to install a high mount exhaust, is the passenger pegs required? cuz i know to do the conversion i need the 01-03 passenger peg, but if the high mount exhaust it self has a seperate mounting bracket that requires the passenger peg off... i might just skip the purchase of the passenger pegs

thanks

if your exhaust doesnt need the pegs you dont need to have them on or you can just put the rear left one on

you should put in the system and see where it lines up and then get the required pieces from HDR and make it fit. no highmouts mount on the pass. peg bracket itself...but rather, to the subframe so you really don't need the peg.

HDR = Home Depot Racing

ill try that then. was hoping someone who has the exhaust can help me cuz i already bought the exhaust and a 03 subframe, planning to do the conversion + new exhaust installation on same day, wanted to check if i should go ahead and buy a set of passenger pegs. For the time being i think ill wait on the pegs, and if the exhaust requires it o.O ill go peg hunting

thanks for the infos

I took mine off completly, but can mount them up easily using a longer bolt and some washers if I want. I rarely have passengers and I like the cleaner look without them. JMHO.
