high beam light
Other than getting some tape to put over it, is there any way to get rid of the highbeam blue light on the speedometer when driving at night. It drives me nuts. I tilt my head a little higher so my helmet blocks it out. Its like a damn led light going straight into my eye. Its silly. I kno wmy highbeams are on...why must there be a light...sheesh. Yes I did say sheesh. I haven't slept in 24 hours, rode today for like 7 hours and just started my shift for the next 8 hours at pd. wow...this is going to be a long night

RE: high beam light
There is a reason that Honda put that light on there, in some states it is illegal to drive at night with you high beams on. But if you want you can use a red acetate called Rubylith, it dims the brightness of it and you can still see the light. I use it on my home stereo in my room cuz its really bright at night. It is also used in photo dark rooms to make printing photos red light safe. You can find it on ebay.
