Default HID's..8000k..attract more than bugs? Arizona

So read this first:

Also, Arizona Law (ARS §28-947) has restrictions on the type of headlights you can have, and their brightness. And it is against Arizona Law for any car other than an emergency vehicle to have a red or blue light visible from the front of the vehicle.

SO my DDM Tuning HID's 35W H7 8000k kit came in today. I plan on doing the install tonight or tomorrow. I'm a tad worried about the attention I may get. Given, during the day it will just be the low beam, but at night I feel like I may be a moving UFO for the police to ticket.

What do you guise think? Anybody in here from AZ that has any experience or input? Theres obviously a LOT of bikes out there on the road in AZ, and I feel like I do see quite a bit of HID's so

Edit: Oh Ill post pics of the install and results!

From what I have read, people either get projectors to concentrate/aim the light or they adjust their headlight "lower" so its not blinding to oncoming traffic, at the cost of lower depth of lighting. I dont plan on doing either but was curious to what is involved in adjusting the headlight? Would it be ideal for me to just adjust the high beam light lower to match the low beam? Whats the best setup?

i wouldnt adjust, it could lead to trouble getting them back right again. i dont think youll have issues. lots of new cars have pretty blue lights on them stock and dont get in trouble. here in ar they have that law too and no one gets tickets for blueish hids

Thanks Vangill. SO dont mess with adjusting the high beam lower to match the low? Just for future reference, is it just a screwdriver in the top left portion of the housing that goes up/down and the bottom right of the housing is the left/right? No one here adjusts their HID's?

I would put a call in to Obama and have him claim this is unconsitutional. Then you can go ahead and put them in....

^That's an option.

You'll be fine. No worries. The hi and low are the same bulb, just different "angles" with the actually housing. You see as soon as there in the nice cut off.

I would be more concerned with the brightness than the color. I wouldn't think Sheriff Joe could justify those as being blue when I'm sure his $100k Mercedes has Xenon lamps.
