Default Help withram air covers

Can someone take a picture of where their ram air covers hook onto the front upper fairing? I bought a uses 2002 cbr and the covers are not bolted down and have no bolts or attatchments to bolt them on the fairing, but the covers have holes for so.
Thanks

Had the exact same problem, I guess some nuckle head mechanic misplaced the allen bolts.
They have the complete sketch of what you are missing and where it goes here :
http://www.bikebandit.com/houseofmot...4-2002/o/m2051

you can also order the exact missing oem Allen bolts there.
make sure you get any grommets, spacers and backings you might need for the bolts you order.

Default no bolts

Where my covers hook there is no place to screw in bolts and i do not see any place where a bracket is broke or where it would attatch.

did you check out the detailed diagrams at bikebandit?
they pretty much show you every single part of your bike and where it should go.

You'll see two tabs on either side of the upper, the inside ones (broken on mine) are for the headlight assembly, and the two outside ones are for the intake covers.

Right side. This one had to be repaired with epoxy.

You may have broken tabs, or an aftermarket upper fairing, which doesn't usually come with the same quality as OEM.
