Hate to sound stupid but find the right size allen wrench. I have taken mine off numerous times and finally once and for all as I filled the holes.

if that isn't the case i would say get some penetrating fluid and spray the inside where the bolt goes into the subframe and let it sit for awhile and that may looses it up. 3/8th impact?
Should be metric? Unless it is an odd part, almost all Japanese bikes are metric.
I'm not going to say it isn't SAE, but it just seems unlikely.
I wish I had a grab rail for my F4... be good for the times I have a passenger.

its not metric, its 7/32...I was doing it with the little L shape wrenches but I guess I am going to get a socket set with hex bits

i had the same problem on mine, they are a soft bolt, so if you use too much force it will strip...i was using the right size but it came out once and bent one of the sides, and ever since it has just eaten away with every turn...luckily for me i am in the process of plastic welding the holes and painting over them cause it looks so much better with that ugly bar off the rear
I bought a set of metric and none fit, either too small or too big, If somebody knows the size please post? The only thing that fits is a 7/32. I also figured it would be metric since its from japan thats why I bought the metric set today
