I would recommend just replacing the relay with a LED relay much cleaner install and you don't have to chop up your wiring harness. You can find them on ebay for around $10 with shipping. Very worth it in my book, much easier to troubleshoot if something goes wrong.

K fixed the fuses there all new now. Signals still really fast. The led relay your talking about will stop this?..

Yes, you need to get a turn signal relay for led lights or put a resistor inline.
The relay is easier.

Just any old led relay work? 2 pin or 3 pin?

Any relay that will fit a CBR, I believe its a 3 pin, will do the trick.
