well im n the process of my first rebuild and today i got it out to start and it started fine but then i kept hearing this noise. come to find out its the starter button constantly running. When i turn the key, whether the engine shut off switch is on or off the bike keeps trying to start constantly when i turn the key. Its like someone is constantly pushing the start button. Anyone know where i should start? the starter continues to even crank once the bike has started.

 

The starter button on these bike sticks, have you tried to pull on it.

My lights wern't working one night and it was the starter button stuck in.
