what you need:

1. 01-03 subframe
2. 01-03 tail fairing
3. front and passanger seats
4. either an undertray and stock tail light or afetrmarket undertail/fender elim
5. passenger pegs

thats all you need and i would say you best bet to find all the parts is on here in the classifieds just put post of what you need and people will respond or you can check out ebay they sometimes have some awesome deals on parts as well even craigslist does wonders for parts. CHECK THE CLASSIFIED FIRST THOUGH theres some cool *** people in here that will hook you up

You will also need the rear fender (battery tray) with battery compartment lid for mounting the ECU.

Not to mention many miscellaneous parts for mounting everything. The mounting hardware, seat screws, seat latch mechanism etc.. do not swap over.

My advice is go to a OEM parts house that has schematics and compare all sections for the 04-06 vs. the 01-3. Buy what you need. This will also get you familiar with where everything goes.

Lots of people has asked me to make them a list since I have done the conversion but this would hurt there efforts more then help them so I direct them to a parts house to get familiar with everything.
