Help! mystery leak/some electric/ bike work progress

Took her for a test ride. and man is it a scary feeling riding on a bike that you just had in pieces in your hands. trying to think of any little thing you might have forgotten.. but after riding and pushing it back into my garage I noticed the front brakes slightly rub now. How can this be fixed!?
other than that I added brake fluid as said above and it worries me because I have no idea where it leaked from and my front brakes do not feel as good as they used to. I can pull in the brake lever almost all the way to the handle and they do not stop as quickly. why

Spacers on the correct sides? Did you get any air in the lines?

Im pretty sure the spacers are on the right sides. I put the larger one on the hand brake side.(right side) and how do you check for air in the lines? or get rid of it?

Bleed the brakes, it could use a change anyway with fluid that dirty.
