Default Help Identify f4i Please

Ok this guy says its a 2005 F4I and it does have the 2005 sticker on the side and only 2100 miles on it But the fairings are Black and Gray, with a little bit of Red lining here and there. The tank is also Black. What year are these fairings from? I would like to know so that I can buy the matching rear fairing. Thank You!

There is alot about that bike that don't seem quite right. The trees look funny, the rear shock is hard to figure due to the resolution. Is this a U.S. model? Anyway, take a fairings off and look for a paint code or a part number, maybe from there a dealer can help, it looks like an OLD fairing am I seeing it right or does it say F4 and not F4i on the fairing. The problem is that they may be from a split seat year and you have a banana seat rear subframe.

Good luck with this and let us know what turns out.

That bike looks like it belonged to a pimp named Velvet Jones. I think it should have some fuzzy dice somewhere. Yeah, like Frydaddy said, keep us posted...

I think a black rear piece that fits an 04-06 or 99-00 will work I guess. Then a brake light and it will be set. I dont know about the red alligator skin type stuff...I think that will have to be replaced also. If anyone wants to trade for stock letme know..

if you want to find out what year and where from .just go out and make the smartest investmentever and buy a clymer manual it tells all vin numbers on engine, frame, and on the fuelinj after that you can compare the numbers to the loc in the book its only 22.00 and shure does save a lot of money doing stuff yourself.

Well I think we are just going to buy all white plastic and paint it. This black and grey was not the greatest color combo anyway..
