Default help a girl out

Hey guys,

I bought my boyfriend a set of pit bull bike stands for his bike. (christmas gift) He rides a cbr 1000rr, well he broke up with me 2 weeks before christmas. So, guess what-I have a set of stands. I have a 2002 F4I, does anyone know if they will work with my bike?

Depends on what type of stands they are... if they're spool stands, then no. But if they have the flat feet you just put under the swingarm, then yes, they should work just fine on yours!

If your stands are universal, you can still use them. Or, you do have the option if you absolutely have/want to use spools, lockhart phillips makes a kit to install spools on the F4's.

Here's the link to buy the nut-serts. aka Lockhart Phillips Riv-Nut Frame Kit
In the search option at the top, paste 21340 or 21341

Thanks guys! Think we have it figured out now.

Im getting ready to take the bike apart, get the plastics painted, new graphics, undertail kit, led turn signals in the pegs, new sprokets and chain, and maybe new rotors and pads. Gonna have a pretty bike for spring! Im excited!!

Thanks for the invite! I will keep that in mind. [sm=smiley17.gif]I love the DFW area, by the way. It has been a few years since I have been there, but absolutly enjoyed myself!
