Well, I've been asking around alot, and haven't got an answer yet, so here goes..
I'm thinking about buying a F4i soon, and I was wondering what a good price range on these bad boys are, thinking about a '02, or '05, but it really doesn't matter, all great bikes : )

 

01-03's shouldn't sell for more than 5500 unless they have been all chromed out then you are looking at no more than 6k. you couldn't give me an 04-05 due to the single seat. I've got an 03 and it's on its way out the door as soon I it gets painted.

I have an 02 and I love it. The 01-03 seat is much more sporty looking in my opinion. Good luck on your purchase.

i got my 02 f4i for 5000.00 i would say somewhere around 4500-6000 is a good range

 

Alright, so anyone know where to get some good gear for ridin the streets, and what do you recommend?, probably not right section, but meh, may as well type it here.

 

got my 02f4i with 3kmi and some road rash for $4500. for gear check kneedraggers.com, cyclegear, ridegear.com or local shops. My $.02 is to find a local cycle gear, head in and get your stuff there, the shops are great the people always treat me well, i got a pitbull stand for $89 new in the shop.

as for recomendations, the always obvious, helmet (i ride KBC, but the arais, shoei, suomy if you've got the cash), leather jacket, and leather gloves are the bare minimums. I also ride with race boots but that's just personal preference.

I ride with icon leather jacket, love the fit and look, hjc ac-12 helmet, sidi vertigo boots, very comfy. I recommend going to your local shop, finding and trying on what you like and see if you can find it on ebay for cheap. Good Luck
