Handlebar Risers
Hi im new to the forum, from the UK and ride a 2002 all siver CBR600Fi. Has anyone fitted handlebar risers to their bike and if so what is your experience of them. Did you have to raise the forks through the fork bridge or alter the suspension settings afterwards. Any advice or comment greatly appreciated.

RE: Handlebar Risers
If you are stunting you probably want to remove the clip ons and install MX bars with risers. That will brobably require that you remove your front fairing and go "streetfighter" style.
If you just want a more upright riding position for longer distances, then check into Heli-Bars. They replace your clip-ons with Higher mounted clip ons.
If you are realtively fit and you are having back or hand/arm problems try working on your back and abdominal muscles. Use your back to support your weight while you ride.
I have gotten used to it now and I can ride 6+ hours with minimal discomfort.
