DanMoto makes em, APEX engineering, Heli-bars, couple of others.
Do a search for rear-sets/bar risers.
Some of them are 'kits', i.e. the manufactuer swears they'll work with stock cables.
They generally will only do a mild off-set from stock, though.
If you lift/rear-set more than about 2", expect to replace all of the cable/lines.
If you use string, you can get a good estimate of the new lengths needed.
Any setback, will also raise you up, more into the air-stream.
You might consider adding a winglet/foil to your windshield,
or look for a touring version of your OEM.
