ive seen pictures here and there, but where can i buy a pair of mesh grille inserts? or do i need to make them myself?

PEPBOYS has the mesh that you need to make yourself.

 

I have some mesh if you would like to buy it off of me...just let me know....shoot me an offer...I have 4ft which is extremely enough, you would have a lot left over. Pm me or post here.

 

Forgot to say it is 4ft by 6inches...I did my bike with 2 ft.

 

Pep Boys for the material, then make them yourself. I did mine, the only thing wrong is that I think I should have painted them black before gluing them on.

 

Better idea, go to Home Depot and buy a 3'x8' sheet (not sure that those are the dimensions but it is pretty damned big) for under $10.00. It's located in the building material section, think it's for stucco. There's enough material there to do about 4 bikes... I gave all my left overs to friends for their bikes.
