Keep us posted, I'm always watching for peoples reports of good and/or bad experiences online. I won't shop somewhere that has a record of screwing people.
I have a feeling they'll make it right.

will do, i usualy shop Bikebandit.com they have never messed up, but ron's was 10$ cheaper on the rear tire, ha ha shoulda been an indicator. my girlfriend called me at work and was like, babe,, why did you order blue sidewal tire's ??? ha ha
I go to Ron Ayers regularly, the actual location, not online. The 2 phone guys up front are pretty good but I think their tire guy/stock boy is this kid about 20 who looks like your typical druggie moron. He's been in there the past few times I have. They have a lot of tires in stock but its highly possible that they ordered from someone else after you ordered from them. I have had to wait for parts to be delivered after going in there in person.
I dont see any reason why they would give you any problems on making it right. Allen and Londo seem like decent guys in person at least.
