got my m2 and put it on right after work today....wow its nice. didnt really think that it was going to sound this great. two thumbs up to two brothers.

How easy was the install? Did you remove the side fairing or just work around it?

super duper easy to install. i just unscrewed a few of the screws that hold the fairing and worked around it. id say its pretty safe to say that you will love that can. i sure do.

 

acumen did you get to mount yours up yet? what do you think?

 

Nah haven't mounted it yet. Was going to last night but ended up taking the bike out instead lol.
Work all day today (I'm there now haha) but hopefully I'll be able to put it on tonight!
Did you end up using the liquid gasket? I want to do it myself but I want it to be perfect...haha.

acumen, i just used that included high temp sealant at the connection of the midpipe and the can..the gasket that connects the headers to the midpipe gets removed. hurry up and install that thing!! it seriously takes like 20 minutes.

Holy crap.
Last night I finally got my new pipe and tail light on. Stainless Steel M2 replacing the D&D that was on there when I got the bike.
All I can say is WOW. WHAT an IMPROVEMENT. The taillight is awesome too. Clear Alternatives Integrated Turn Signals.
And today, the weather is AMAZING. Rode to work smiling the entire way. =D
I'm happy. Now I just need a Fender Eliminator and Brighter Headlight bulbs and I'll be set!!
