wut state?

if there is no problem and no fairing damages it isn't too bad of a deal

make sure the tires have lots of threats, the chain and sprockets are good, and the other maintenance were met

that sounds like an alright deal. not the best, but do what shraz suggested. you can hide a lot under strait and clean plastics.

i just picked up an 03 with 11000 in perfect condition with a scorpion pipe for 5000 but it was also a friend...i checked all the local dealers and cycle trader and most were going for around 6300 so again thats not a bad deal but def make sure its mech sound like everyone is recomending otherwise youll be right up to 6200 after paying for parts that are just wore out.

You're buying in the spring . . so prepare to pay a slight premium.

I bought my 2002 F4i in Nov for $5000, with on 3600 miles on it and tons of mods (2 bros pipe, PC3, woodcraft rearsets, vortex gas cap, GPR stabilizer, HID headlight, fender elim, LED taillight, Corbin seat) . . .

I still haven't bought my new 06 F4i...i'm just looking around for a good deal...i found this one place that quoted me $8,399 OUT THE DOOR. I think this is a good deal but i thought i would just post it to get some of your opinions.

I think there is a lot of variability in the prices depending on what part of the country you're in. I've seen some people say that a place in Tennessee has some smokin' deals, but that doesn't really help you if you are in Idaho. You could probably do alot worse than $8399...but in my area, you could probably get 'em down another couple of hundred.

I'm selling mine right now. It's an '04 with 3000 mi. My opening bid is $5700, but I'm expecting (hoping) to get at least $6000 for it.
