I was just going to replace my scuffed stator cover but on closer inspection the damage appears to be so minimal that I'd rather just repaint it so I'm looking for paint that will match the gold color and withstand the operating temps. Anybody have any experience with this?

 

I just sanded mine a little and used a small bottle of touch up paint on it. The color isn't perfect but it isn't noticeable until you get pretty close.
