Default Give me idea's how to modify the stock rear fender

Idea's on how to modify the stock rear fender. I thought about getting a integrated tail light. Cutting off the flap part and putting the lock on the bottom. Anybody else do this or have idea's how to do some stuff for cheap?

I seen that. Thought about doing it. Has anyone done it here? I was looking at that more this morning before posting this. I don't see how it would be stable near the tail light since it wouldn't be bolted in.

Did you ever install it? In that how to there are only two screws/bolts holding it in. I would think there would be a lot of flexing or movement up near the tail light. Did you experience this?
