Default Gas Tank Finally Painted

finally got my girl's gas tank repainted to match the rest of the bike. here's the before and after pics. we switched it from the red and black scheme to the beautiful red and white. no dis respect to the red and black owners.

it used to look like this...http://www.putfile.com/imnorman/images/83741
it was laid down and some plastics were trashed so i bought the cheap plastics from the place in hong kong which was a total waste of money, they ended up cracking and breaking. then one day while browsing ebay found someone selling the red and white oem plastics( everything except the tank) for 350.00 shipped.

How much did it cost you to paint the tank? And did you get it professionally done somewhere? I need to paint my tank also, but I am not sure if I should let my friend do it. He did a good job for spray paint on his bike, but I dunno if he can paint with real paint, so im a little iffy to let him paint my tank.

it cost me 350.00. was done by a pro shop that also stretches and customizes sportbikes.
www.wakkreations.com is the place here in phoenix if anyone wants to know.
