Default Garage Door Opener

So I FINALLY got my bike inspected and she is street legals. Ive been riding ever time im not working and i love it!!! anywho I have run into an issue. Its a real pain in the @$$ to open the garage door, take the bike out, walk back into the garage, close the door, and walk back around to the bike. What do you guys do? I dont have an extra remote thingy, plus they are pretty bulky so im not sure what i would do with it on the bike anyway. I went to the local carquest to see if they have any "universal" programmable garage door remotes and they didnt. I found some on ebay -Here - I think that would work, but i was wondering if anyone else had and better ideas?

I don't know what kind of garage door opener you have, but here's one possible option...

My garage door opener lives in my riding jacket pocket. When ever I am riding in I just squeeze it without taking it out.
Works awesome

Thats exactly what I do and it works great. Eventually when I get my F4i I want to hook up a remote like what OldFatGuy did except I think it would be nice to hook up the remote to the horn some how so when you press the horn it would opreate the garage door opener as well. The only problem is if you need to honk when you are near the house. The jacket thing is much easier, one I get near my house I just press the button and the door opens. The only real problem I see is the opener bieng damaged since I throw my jacket on the floor all the time.

Yeah man, just put it in your jacket.

I have same opener as was shown in that installation, but I just keep it on the keyring, way easier..

I actually keep 2 garage door openers in my jacket pockets. One for my place, and one for my dad's house, where I occasionally store my bike, in his garage. It would be nice to have the button on the clip ons or a similarly convenient location, but it's not that bad to push my pockets.
