Default Front and Rear stands

Do I need spools or anything for these stands? Or can I just use them as is. I just want something to get the bike off the ground for winter storage.

No spools needed for those stands, you are good to go. They fit under the swingarm and forks.

On the rear one, I found that putting the springs on the outside is the way to go, so that it pulls the paddle out; not pushing it in. I'd suggest raising the rear-end first too.
