Default Front mount flush blinker help

I need some advice for putting my flush mount front blinkers on, do I need to remove the front fairing to get to the bolt that holds the stock ones on?

i believe that if you remove the side fairings you can get to the bolts that holds the stock turn signals on without having to remove the entire front fairing. can anyone confirm this?

Alright I got the stock off now im in over my head, the set up is a two plug, I was assuming the green wire single plug is the ground, but the blinkers I got are a two wire single plug set up, any advice on installing them, I talked to the guy I bought them from and he said they are the correct blinkers for the 2004 F4i, but I cannot figure out the wiring?

yes you can install the flush mounts by just removing themiddle fairing - the V shaped fairing in front of the manifold.. You need to solder the wires to the blnker wires. If im not mistaken the green wire goes with the black. Just check it out by holding the wires together temporarily, you wont burn the LEDs if you give them a reversed voltage.

yes, im pretty sure that the blue with white stripe is the 12v+ for the running lights. so these will only function as turn signals, not turn signals and running lights like the stock ones. if you want you can buy some diodes and relays to make them function as both though.

when i did mine, i connected bot the 12v + for running lights and blinkers together with one of the blinker wires. Then i connected the ground with the ground. Running lights work and blinkers work just fine...
